MEWOI-HAL-HPC300 Portable Dust Laser Particle Counter
INTRODUCTION
MEWOI-HAL-HPC300 Handheld Laser Particle Counters measures particles suspended in the air in real time with applications such as microelectronics, fine mechanics, optics, pharmaceutical, medical device, food processing, and aerospace. Because of its low-cost affordability, it is also widely used for indoor/outdoor air quality (IAQ) application. The basic operating principle of the HAL-HPC300 is that pulse signals generated from laser light scattering off aerosol particles are processed and counted, based on digital signal processing. MEWOI-HAL-HPC300 is designed according to the international standard iso14644-1 and GMP. It has Chinese and English versions to choose from. It can detect three particle size files at the same time (the user can set the particle size to be measured at will), and can download it at high speed through USB interface. The instrument has the characteristics of high precision, stable performance, multi-function, simple and convenient operation. It can be widely used in environmental detection of dust-free workshop, indoor environmental detection, filter efficiency analysis, pollution source analysis and particle size distribution analysis in electronic industry and pharmaceutical industry. |
